  Could be a descent family environment for parents (new big city park right next door), moderately up kept, & okay location... HOWEVER, there is limited guest parking, does have three entrances (the main entrance is non gated; while the other two entrances that do have gates are permanently locked), A-typical community residence (do i need to explain?...), high priced homes and rent (yikes... especially for new residents), the residential manager is very peculiar (extremely biased with the way he conducts himself towards residents in which he has a tendency to overstep boundaries with his 'power of authority' complex), And this place is 'literally' just on the other side of the railroad tracks.
